A complete nightmare of a property management company. This is the shadiest organization I have ever been caught in the middle of, from top down. Between the actual property manager (Arden Flats) not returning a single phone call in a year-long lease, to the Waite Park office doing the same, Liz Rogers calling me from a blocked number, claiming she would "try me again" and then never calls back. The worst property management company ever! Please do not rent from them. They will take your money, never fix a thing, refuse to return your phone calls, cooperate (Liz Rogers) will tell you if you are unhappy with your 30 year old cabinets and never upgraded home you can terminate your lease even if you were promised that the property would be remodeled shortly after you moved in-5 years later it never was. I’ve lived at trio for many years and I want to start off by saying the current management is the best we have had! Now that being said, sand companies as a whole SUCKS at routine maintenance. From our dryer barely working because the vents hadn’t been clean in years, to now a bunch of A/C’s in the building being out due to the coils never being cleaned these things are very inconvenient for the price of this place. Maintenance guys aren’t smart enough to know texting and driving is illegal. See them texting all the time when arriving and leaving apartments. What codes do they not follow because they are to stupidity to follow. Would not trust electrical is done legally
