I am so happy I found this practice for my son who is an athlete. She has worked with him for a few sessions and he has definitely felt the difference in his flexibility. We will continue to work with her .

I first heard about this place when I sought treatment for stress and anxiety from a specialist, who referred me here. I've had massages before, but it never felt like holistic treatment, so I was skeptical about the long term benefits of massage therapy on my stress. I'm so glad I gave this place a try! Their approach feels completely different, so much more compassionate and mindful of the body-mind connection. This is why the effects of each massage lasts longer.
What is most amazing about this practice is that their skills cannot be simply described as “massage therapists”. The knowledge that Christy and Sami share during your session about how the body works is invaluable. Trust us, one visit will turn into recurring sessions. We highly recommend Sami and her team.
