Karen has a wealth of knowledge and was so helpful. I highly recommend and I couldn't have done it with out her.
Very disappointed. Lots of delays and reminders until the quotes finally came in. The "Scope of Works" did not reflect what was discussed. It seemed to be a "copy and paste" with missing items (toilet and floor heating) and additional ones, like a bath recess in a bathroom with shower only. Despite assurance that the job could be done for 45-50k, which Karen made at the time of booking (which is why I booked her) and again after she had seen the house, in quote she asked for over 65k, including a $1000 increase in her own fe... read more
