Most Life Changing Gym in the Prosper/Celina community near the New HEB Grocery Store and the Prosper Athletic Complex.
The best gym in Prosper It is considered the best "box" in the area. My fitness journey has been transformed thanks to the amazing coaching at. Tye and Kara are seriously the best instructors around—they'll push you to your limits while making sure your form is perfect. The community is welcoming and the workouts are always challenging. Highly recommended!
I’d give Sanctum CrossFit a solid 5 out of 5! I actually did CrossFit for about a year ten years ago, and during that time, I felt like I was in the best shape of my life. But due to work and other personal reasons, I’ve been inconsistent with exercise ever since, and my fitness level has gone downhill over the years.
