Great place to get a workout with great people by great coaches! You truly do feel like family on day 1. The coaches will modify any exercise for any injury you may have. I also love the variety of class times they offer. I'm 41 and just now back on my fitness journey and absolutely love coming here for my workout. They will also pray before starting the workout and I genuinely love that!
I’ve been really happy with my experience at Sanctum. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to approach. They always take the time to explain movements clearly and make sure everyone feels comfortable, no matter their fitness level. I usually attend the night classes, and one thing I really appreciate is the 7pm class. Not many CrossFit gyms offer that time slot, so it’s been perfect for my schedule.
One of the best CrossFit gyms in North Dallas. The coaches are excellent—very knowledgeable, attentive to proper movement, and truly supportive. The culture is welcoming, motivating, and community-driven. Overall, I highly encourage anyone looking to improve their health and fitness to give this box a try.
