Sanctum built a family room on my home. Steve and Michelle were very pleasant to work with. Michelle always responded to any concerns and stayed on top of the project. Communication was key. Finished in a timely manner.
Took a couple weeks to see up a date to come look at my house, an hour before they were coming called and cancelled "had to do something else" will call the next day to reschedule, got the call to tell me they don't have time to do any extra work right now!!
Purchased a house where these guys built a pole barn. Had a few leaks in the roof. They dodged calls, and gave excuses on how they didn’t do the metal roof, but wouldn’t supply the name of the company who did. When I asked for the paperwork, they gave more excuses on how they’d have to dig through their files, which are located offsite.
