Sanctuary Veterinary Hospital sent an email promotion advertising a dental package for $588, explicitly listing full anesthesia as included. We were charged $905 with a separate $125 charge for "sedation", despite the package explicitly including full anesthesia, which sedation is typically a component. This vet clinic was very informative & patient & helpful with the treatment of my lop bunny. Bunnies are exotic pets. He is recovering slowly but well. They called a few days after to see how we were going. It was really gentle, kind & sincere! Dr. Thusari W. was great & Megan was too.
My cats still hate going to the vet but they arent as stressed as some other vets we visited in the past!
Extremely friend and professional staff here. I was referred here through Calgary Humane Society and this place has done a wonderful job on my kitty's neutering and vaccine shot. Thank you again for your wonderful work.
This is the most peaceful, personal vet we have ever gone to. Explanations were easy to understand and I was allowed to stay with my dog while she was examined. I only needed to be away from her while they took blood. It was great that blood test results only took 20 minutes. Sanctuary Vet really is a sanctuary.
