Dr. John Samaan is a horrible DR. He will not give you the time of day to get any of your problems or concerns out of your mouth by just cutting you off as if he has something better to do, yes I understand he has other patients but that's what scheduling is for. Also good luck if you have a Zoom Appointment with him at a certain time, there's a possibility that you won't get that meeting until hours after your scheduled time. First off Id like to thank their Receptionist Destiny, i was having a very difficult time just trying to get an appointment everywhere, she was very sweet and sounded concerned while helping me to get the correct paper work and documentation together, I come from working in the medical field and her customer service was amazing, Dr. Samaan worked with me right away and got my meds started quickly he seems to listen very well and not just try to push anything.

Moving to AZ was rough, and finding real mental health support felt impossible—until I found Dr. John Samaan on Zocdoc. I was in crisis and unsure at first, but I’m so glad I stuck with it. He’s calm, knowledgeable, and helped me go from surviving to actually healing. The office has a clean, boutique vibe that instantly puts me at ease. Huge shoutout to Destiny at the front desk—she’s a literal angel! If you're feeling lost, go here. This place gave me hope again.
I had to ask myself if this experience is real. I hope it isn’t for individuals that require treatment or medication for mental health. This business completely neglects its clients that pay with insurance. When I came for my first appointment, I was assured united health care was accepted here, had 5-6 appointments before my next appointment invite was declined out of no where….
