I worked at Sanctuary for 18 months. I stayed for the clients. It was a horrible place to work. The owners once said to their employees during a staff meeting "I am sure there is some reason why you chose to work here rather than flip burgers." I was appalled. Sanctuary is driven by dollars not by client care. They do not pay their employees a livable wage. They would have one RA watching two full houses nightly (12 clients) and force that employee to take a break, without relief, so no one was employed to watch the clients.... read more
