I cannot say enough good things about Sanctuary. For anyone looking for a gym nearby look no further. From the personal training sessions, boxing and kickboxing programs, teen and youth grappling classes. Everything is done in a supportive, well structured and welcoming environment. This place is amazing . The guys are great very attentive and helped my son Niko. They truly are the best around and if you are thinking about send your kids there or going yourself it is very much worth it
So happy I found The Sanctuary! Aries, Rob and their support staff are all great. They know and love their craft. Classes are effective and focus changes with the season. They add in balance and mobility drills that have positively impacted my quality of life by making it easier and less painful for me to move. I actually look forward to going to work out.
