After unsuccessful laser hair removal treatments on my underarms from years ago I put my hope in Kimm's hands to do an electrolysis at Sanctuary Spa despite hearing it's pretty unpleasant. She welcomed me, was very straight about the process, the expected duration and result, showed me her tools, applied a numbing cream and started. I went to Sanctuary Spa for the first time yesterday. I booked a 90 minute massage and had the most fantastic and relaxing experience! I highly recommend Lauren! She was fabulous! I will be back for sure!
I see Jonathan for facials. I'm very obsessed with my skin and therefore, I've been to spas all over the world. I have a rare autoimmune disease that impacted my skin. Jonathan was the first esthetician who was able to make progress with my on-going issue. Jonathan researched my issues prior to my appointment and therefore, I saw immediate results. You can't go wrong with Jonathan! I highly recommend him!
