I have to agree with other numerous unsatisfactory customer service reviews of Sanctuary Salon in Eden Prairie, MN. I am taking the time to write a review of my second bad experience I had at this salon. What was good in experience with a relaxing massage turned into a terrible customer experience with the front desk person, Kiajarra at the Sanctuary Spa, Prairie Center Drive location. ONLY 1 Star For over 50 years, I have only used Aveda salons. A few years ago, my very ill daughter and I moved here from Virginia for medical care. On September 10, 2021, Sanctuary was the first salon I used in the Twin Cities. I handed the stylist (Deanne) my Aveda formula that I had used for years in Virginia for my color touchups.
