Wonderful staff. It's good that we have services like this still in Sanctuary Point. We must keep using them so we don't lose them.
Extremely disappointed by the customer service by the co-owner, Katy. After the business made the mistake of not telling me the service was "cash only", she refused to see my 5 week old for a prebooked and pre-discussed appointment, which was date pressured and just before the Easter long weekend. I had offered to return with cash after the appointment (as I only had my digital card on me) but this was declined and I was questioned about; not yet having a Medicare card for my son, true urgency of appointment, and not being t... read more
Katie the ultrasound tech was absolutely amazing. Made lovely conversation and made the ultrasound a little less daunting. Thankyou to the other lovely staff for their timely service and great vibes! Will absolutely continue to go here in future.
The staff are lovely, we've visited multiple times and have been treated with respect and care. Each visit has been wonderful.
In my opinion, they rate as the best of the best. Living in Mollymook I had the choice of Ulladulla, however my Dr recommended Sanctuary Point, I'm so grateful. Amazing customer service and such professional attention. Thank you, Ken
