We have been seeing Katie for our obstetric scans and she has been the loveliest practitioner. She is so skilled and knowledgeable and I feel so safe knowing she’s looking after us. The practice is also very welcoming and we’ve never had to wait for our appointments. Thank you Sanctuary Point Ultrasound team, you guys are a local gem.
Disappointing experience. Went there for my 29 weeks pregnant scan and it felt rushed, communication was minimal, and the overall approach lacked warmth and empathy. What should have been a special moment felt very impersonal. I hope future patients receive a warmer and more supportive approach.
I've only had one experience here but it was lovely, they were training at the time but she did well and all work was reviewed before ending. Ladies was lucky which made the process much more calming. My only dislike would be the bed, it was so hard to get up from but that's only because i have a sore back lol
Katie has been absolutely amazing every time I have seen her and I recommend her to anyone who needs an ultrasound! She was kind and caring and made what could have been stressful appointments calm and enjoyable
