I told them I was going to wait to post but it’s getting more and more insane. I moved in mid July; it’s end of September, they’ve gone through 3 management companies. The worst place to rent!!!!!!!!!!! – Thank God I don't reside at this place, but my brother does. He asked the office to get something done, at his apt. STAY AWAY!!!! – Stay away from here. We moved in with promises of a 'family' community and how great it was. The day we moved in the neighbors upstairs had their music so loud we could hear the lyrics and the lyrics were all bad words and this ended up going on all the time. There was mold in the refrigerator, pee all over the carpet and bathroom floors, the appliances were so old they barely worked and the carpets had not been cleaned. It only got worse from there. Bad Management – I went to the apartment office to complain about the length that work order took. Once I expressed my feelings to the office mamanger she told me not to judge her. I tried to explain why I only wanted a certain maintence person in my apartment she started to yell and try to over talk me. Once I finally had enough and I told her that I was turning in my 30 day notice she only agreed! She didnt even try to talk me into changing my mind.
