I booked a blowout and was unfortunately disappointed with both the process and the final result. The appointment took nearly two hours, which is worth noting if you’re on a schedule. I asked for a bouncy, voluminous blowout, but my hair ended up looking frizzy and lacking the smooth, polished finish I was expecting. Rollers were only left in briefly and removed in a way that caused tangling, and the curls were brushed out almost immediately. Additional teasing at the crown added more frizz rather than volume. I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. I came in specifically asking for a bouncy blowout, but after spending nearly two hours in the salon, I left with a result that was not what I had requested. The stylist who worked on my hair seemed relatively inexperienced. Rollers were used in my hair but after I sat under the dryer, the rollers were pulled straight out rather than being carefully unwound.
