I have been coming to see Denise for quite a while now, each and every time she’ll ask what areas to focus on and really work it out. And there will be times where she will find a spot I didn’t even know was tense but she does a damn great job each and every time, I recommend seeing her out of anybody in the area. Five stars always 👍
Highly recommend! Sanctuary Massage & Wellness has the best Thai Yoga and massage I have ever experienced. I am an avid golfer and visit the gym regularly. My neck and back are always tight and sore. In 1.5 hours Denise works through many ancient Thai muscle stretches and massage techniques that will leave you energized and calm. She brings heat and circulation back into my muscles and a feeling of relief and wellbeing when I walk out. If I could go weekly I would! Best therapy for sore and aching body and mind. Namestay!
Had the best massage I’ve ever had from Denise! Felt so much better the next day. Denise listens to you and works on the problem areas thoroughly and finds other points that need work you don’t know about. Highly recommend, will be going back for sure!
I cannot recommend Denise enough. Her professionalism, knowledge of anatomy, and ability to tailor the session to my needs is always outstanding. My time with her always makes a significant difference in my mobility afterward. A true expert in her craft and an absolute gem.
