Do yourself a favor and go get a massage from Cait. She is amazing, was so nice to talk to and I left feeling so good. I can't wait for my next appointment!
Absolutely awful experience! Ariana needs lessons on customer service and according to her the booking site for the business needs to be updated. She was immediately argumentative upon my arrival because I guess I should have known that the service I booked is only available on particular days and times. A call before arrival would have been nice. Also, how about blocking availability on days and times the service is not available in order to avoid bookings at those times.
The lady that works the front reception area and the salt room has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! We spent almost 10 mins of debating about there booking site being poorly put together and misinformation. What should have been a very relaxing experience was very uncomfortable and I will never be returning!
