Super bummed. Got a gift card to use here for my birthday, since they are closing I attempted to come in person to get a refund, there was a sign on the door saying do not come in regarding gift card refunds, and directed me to email a generic email address. I have gotten no response from the email address.
Excellent. Very good location. Neuromuscular massage from Casey was excellent. I’ll go back for regular maintenance. Front staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.
I’ve had many massage therapy sessions over the years, but none compared to my experience at Sanctuary. Loni Schaff was wonderful, and I will definitely be going back.
I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 am today, 3/16. As I was pulling into the parking lot at 9:45, I received a text saying that my appointment has been cancelled. I find this very unprofessional, as the text was very nonchalant, as well as no apology. I drove 40 minutes on my day off to come here, and all I was told was “there’s nothing I can do.” The appointment was cancelled due to the “tornado watch.” It is raining! I’ve been treating myself to massages for over 20 years, living in both Charlotte and now Fort Mill, and I’ve never been able to find a masseuse who could give me the firm, deep pressure I truly need.
