I had a great experience at Float Foundation on 9/13/16. I am not new to floating and have tried floating at almost all the Twin Cities locations that offer the float experience. Float Foundation offers by far the nicest floating experience. Their "float rooms" are a welcome change to the tanks that I am used to. Helped for a little while but pain was back by that night. First 1/2 hour was relaxing but after that was ready to get out. Hour is to long for me to lay around like that. I have sent a few emails asking some questions and still have not gotten a response. Just not real happy with the results. Look up my name. I had my 1st experience w/ Float Foundation..WoW... It took me a little while to get relaxed and once I did, I could feel the tension in my shoulders/neck area..Planning on going back in a month and taking my significant other.. He will be the real test..
This was my first time experiencing float therapy. It was very relaxing. Great place to calm the mind and meditate. The float room was spacious. I do not like small spaces but this was not a problem. I was not claustrophobic at all. I would recommend!
