Recommendedwow. thats the best way to sum it up. I was apprehensive at first but I am so glad I went and did this. I feel pain free for the first time in a decade.

I have been wanting to try Float Therapy for years of reading all the research on all the awesome benefits but I never knew there was a place that offered it in MN. So when I heard from a friend that there was a place not only in MN but a 15 minute highway drive away i had to book an appointment. This place was incredible! Ultra Relaxing Experience! Very Thoughtful Staff
I normally never do these recommendations, but unfortunately I would not recommend going here. I was gifted with a massage and float so I went in to redeem both. The day after my massage part of my back was sore, which normally never gets sore. I’d also say that the float experience definitely isn’t for everyone. The smell of the salts in the water made me feel sick, and the float room itself was very stuffy making it almost impossible to find relaxing. I love to go get a massage but I would recommend looking elsewhere.
It was amazing! I really enjoyed the relaxation, my breathing was the first thing I noticed right away how much I shallow breathe. My sinus was open as well as every joint and muscle thoroughly relaxed. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Float foundation is a very relaxing and peaceful environment. Their staff is wonderful and never rush you out when your done. They are their to answer questions and want to hear how the float helps you. I think it's better then a massage. Helps me sleep and also helps with my neck and lower back pain. So glad I seen their ad on Facebook. Totally recommend Float Foundation!!!!
