Sooooo goood and life changing! Highly recommended
I have been going to Sanctuary for about 5 years now but after my experience today, I will never go back. There used to be a real sense of community and friendly environment that no longer exists. Much rather go to Barrys Bootcamp at this point.
Sanctuary Fitness Pasadena classes are amazing every instructor has been so helpful and nice . I always get the best work out . Way better than going to the gym for me with a hectic schedule . I can just come in and they have a workout set for me , hitting different muscle groups each day of the week . I have done 16 classes so far and will keep coming back for more . I see the results that I wanted and actually look forward to working out now .
Lovely place to train with lovely people and staff. Their method is grounded in consistency and community which is awesome
