I bought a 6-session package for my legs, arms, and face. Even though I live 45 minutes away, I was late by 5 minutes for my first appointment. I went inside and waited for over 30 minutes before I had to go pick up my kids. I told the front desk lady that I was late, and she said, “Well, because you were late, she has to take another client.” What? I’ve been coming here for over 4 years, and today was one of my best experiences yet. My laser service with Lynn was exceptional. I left feeling truly cared for, confident, and fierce.
