Was given a gift card for this spa and I'm so grateful for it! First time here and it was an exceptional experience . I had a one hour massage with Natalia and she was wonderful, friendly and gave me a wonderful massage. Highly recommend it!! What a beautiful spa!!!
had a problem with my hip flexors, got it fixed
The massage itself was lovely, and the therapist was professional. My only disappointment was the pricing. When I booked online, the rate was listed as $125, but it wasn't clear anywhere that tax would be added on top of that amount. I only found out when it was time to pay. This felt misleading, especially since many extended health benefit plans have reimbursement caps based on reasonable and customary rates. I hope the clinic makes its online pricing more transparent so clients know the full cost before booking.
