I rarely leave reviews, but this was a truly disappointing experience. The massage therapist was completely unprofessional — it felt like she was just moving their hands over my body without any real technique or effort. Honestly, anyone could have done the same, and it was not worth the $150 I paid. As someone new to the neighborhood, I was looking for a good spa and chose this place based on the positive Google reviews, but I left feeling completely let down.
10/10. No notes. Brenda was fabulous and gave me the most wonderful, calming facial experience for my first facial ever! Definitely will try to be back once a month if the wallet allows. Just gave me the basic essentials facial they offer to first timers. Can’t wait to try other facials. They really treated me so well and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and relaxed beyond belief.
Always a pleasant experience at Sanctuary Newmarket. I have been going there for many years and the staff is very skilled and thoughtful with their work!
