Wonderful experience. Started with a massage with Phil, he was fantastic!! Ended with an express pedi with Paige, she was also great. All the staff were friendly and engaging and made us feel like we were welcome and, most importantly, that they cared. See you soon Sanctuary.
I visited Sanctuary Day Spa Burlington today for the first time. I had the best manicure by Antonella. From the greeting by the receptionist, offer of a beverage to a perfect manicure I can say I will definitely go back. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the spa, it's a whole different vibe inside.
Save yourself the time, the money and your sanity.. just go somewhere else. Anywhere else but here. This place is anything but relaxing. The staff are OUTRAGEOUSLY rude and unaccommodating. You would receive better customer service at a Burger King. If you’re looking for a nice place to go, I’d recommend the spa in the village!! they are so sweet and do such a great job there! The prices are much better, they give a much better massage and you aren’t spoken to as if you’re garbage so that’s always a plus!
