I had such a wonderful experience with Sam! She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. The service was amazing, and you can really tell that Sam genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I left feeling so refreshed and pampered. Have enjoyed the services of Sanctuary Spa Burlington for many years. I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional and my favourite very personable esthetician is Kirsti. The spa itself is always clean and comfortable.
Excellent place. Professional, caring, clean. Hidden Gem. Meagan is the best RMT! She is very knoledgable about massage therapy, professional, excellent energy. The lady at reception (sorry forgot name) is very professional, treats people with respect, elderly with dignity. Highly recommend.
