We applied for a rental property as soon as it was listed and submitted our application right away. I was told to attend the inspection at 10:45 AM on 11 October 2025, but when my wife, our kids, and I arrived, we were told the property had already been rented because someone handed over cash that morning — this was said by a man I believe was John and also Pam.
