Didn’t bother to tell me my eval was with a male provider and I found out the day of after making my appointment 2 months prior.
I'd like to start by saying that coming here was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. The receptionists and my counselor always made feel welcome.With the help of my counselor, Chad, I was able to make actual progress after struggling with 30+ years of difficulties with my mental health. Great place to work, great company culture, amazing bosses.
The doctor is lovely and charming- although I never got to speak to him face to face. I'm now into the second year of dealing with them about testing my son. In January I asked for a bill stating I paid in full as I only got a square one bill so I can't prove I paid everything. I was promised an official receipt and list referrals to a doctor for my kid never received and now they no longer take my calls or call back. I was given a test to make up for all I have had to deal with but never received a report with the results. ... read more
Jess at Sanctuary Counseling was nothing but professional and kind. In a matter of weeks she helped me to work through postpartum anxiety and depression issues. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, and sincere in her desire to help me. Words cannot express how helpful she was in my journey to finding myself as mother and healing from past trauma.
