I have been using this facility for almost 3 years now. Despite charging an additional facility fee over the membership fee, can't say facilities are satisfactory. For example, despite multiple requests, except for one shower in men's dressing room, all the showers have minimum water pressure. 3 out of 4 showers are completely useless. Scattered weights, missing dumbells are a common sight. If charging an additional facility fee, this should not be the case.
Staff are super super rude and not knowledgeable about membership and app usage. Both times I went I was literally almost yelled at and I didn’t feel like I could ask any questions about classes etc. made me super uncomfortable
For a $10 day pass in town, awesome gym to check out!
