We finally moved into our Sanctuary by Sekesui apartment and are totally thrilled by all aspects of the process over the last two years. Matthew Landa guided us patiently through the buying process, Carlia assisted us during the settlement process and James Lockhart smoothly transitioned dozens of new residents seamlessly into the building during its initial occupancy stage. Been living here five months. Great place to live in! Very quiet and well maintained. Views from upper floors are sensational. Well worth the price!! Edit-June 2025. Updating my review above. My opinion on the building and unit itself remains the same. However, my observation of Sekisui’s after sales service is quite poor. Fire alarm is faulty and has sounded multiple times, resulting in hundreds of dwellings, and shops, having to be evaluated. Buy here if you love 1am false fire alarms, and no one willing to fix the fault.
