Fire alarm is faulty and has sounded multiple times, resulting in hundreds of dwellings, and shops, having to be evaluated. Buy here if you love 1am false fire alarms, and no one willing to fix the fault.
Love their apartment design and their beautiful kitchens and bathrooms I am so happy we have bought an apartment from the Laguna building Randal was so helpful and very nice and very knowledgeable about the area and he helped us getting the right apartment that is suitable for us putting us first not thinking of just pushing something on us, Randal is the best in his Job

We booked an appointment with the sales office on a Sunday. We've heard great things about Sekisui House and it did live up to my expectation. The finishing, design and floor layout were functional, well thought off and very appealing. We were assigned with a sales agent, Randall, who spent about 2 hours with us and was extremely knowledgable about the area and the project.
