Update March 2026 The pool/gymnasium building located in stage 2 of the development, finished in October of last year remains closed to all residents except for Sekisui employees using the top storey, as a site office for their continued construction. The building was completed in October of 2025 (pool was filled and gym equipment installed)and Council gave approval for occupancy late last year. Open the gym. Been hearing the same thing for 6 months and latest update still doesn't have an ETA. What's the hold up?
You were meant to open up the gym in the middle of the last year. Still no update. *update* I am a resident and the gym has been completed for months now. Still no excuse for a horribly missed deadline. Very dissatisfied that the best update has been "soon" for months. Furthermore, I have been trying to contact sekisui via advised email with no response.
