Been living here five months. Great place to live in! Very quiet and well maintained. Views from upper floors are sensational. Well worth the price!! Edit-June 2025. Updating my review above. My opinion on the building and unit itself remains the same. However, my observation of Sekisui’s after sales service is quite poor. Fire alarm is faulty and has sounded multiple times, resulting in hundreds of dwellings, and shops, having to be evaluated. Buy here if you love 1am false fire alarms, and no one willing to fix the fault.
Love their apartment design and their beautiful kitchens and bathrooms I am so happy we have bought an apartment from the Laguna building Randal was so helpful and very nice and very knowledgeable about the area and he helped us getting the right apartment that is suitable for us putting us first not thinking of just pushing something on us, Randal is the best in his Job
