Good website, friendly people, rubbish with returns.
Had a problem recently with a shower cubicle purchased from Sanctuary bathrooms 8 years ago. Contacted them to ask for some advice. They were fantastic. Contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and maintained contact to help us sort the problem out. That's what I call customer service!!
Had a great experience buying our new bathroom suite through Sanctuary. Their showroom showcases their wide range of stock. Paul the showroom manager was extremely helpful in helping us pick out all the bits we needed, and was super patient as we went back and forth on design. Once ordered it was stored at their warehouse until the fitter was ready to start the job. December 2023 I’m trying to spend around £15,000 with this company but I get no responses to emails and no call backs when I ring them. How do they stay in business? UPDATE June 2025 So we finally placed the order. Their designer had designed a mixture of black, chrome and bronze fittings which looked ridiculous. It took one their company directors ages to sort it out after months of phone calls. Some parts still don’t fit and they are not answering emails. Never again!
Had been on the hunt for bathroom taps for some time when I came across this company. Website was easy to navigate with lots of information on the products which helped me make informed decisions. Called a couple of times to check on delivery timescales and when delivered they were well packaged. Competitive pricing sealed the deal.
