Review is a zero!! We moved out in September I checked out at the office to assure our balance was all taken care of and was told everything was. We lived here for 5 yrs and paid rent early every single month. It is now march and they through 100$ into collection without one phone call or any attempt to collect. Now all 3 of us credit score is affected. This is an absolute job and very poor management!!! Very disappointed to say the least!!
Do NOT lease here unless you are absolutely positive nothing in life will happen that could possibly make you move out. My husband and I moved to Florida from another state. Unfortunately, we were supposed to stay with family until we bought a home but our pets would not get along. Last minute, we had to rush to find an apartment. My husband chose this place. Our rent was astronomical. Walls were paper thin. Dog poop everywhere! Clubhouse staff was not the nicest. Especially on the weekends. They had to audit our rent monthl... read more
