Absolutely love living here! I have moved around Florida quite a bit, and I am so pleased to say Sanctuary at Westport is by far the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed complex I have experienced. Location is close to everything, but nestled off the main roads so noise and light pollution is minimal. Complex is lovely, clean and well maintained. We’ve lived here for almost a whole year and we are re leasing as we type this. We’ve enjoyed our whole experience. Honestly, no complaints. We live on the third floor so we never hear our neighbors really. We’ve had very small issues with ghost ants but pest control is every Thursday and they’re very quick to lay non toxic bait out and then we don’t see them for months. They have staff on site everyday almost and we feel very safe with the gate operating correctly and door codes. They didn’t increase the rent by much at all... read more
The leasing staff are awful, Audrey, Cassy, Maria. They are a Nite mare to deal with. Staying anonymous as I only have less then 3 months on lease to not extend so this way they don’t try to make my little time here even more miserable. As those girls in the office make this place awful. And have poor customer service skills. You have been WARNED!!! Don’t rent here.
