For context, I never lived here, but I did submit a leasing application (which I ultimately had to withdraw for personal reasons unrelated to Sanctuary) and visited Sanctuary for a personal visit in July 2026. I have now been living at Sanctuary for approximately one year. Thank goodness I have not had any major issues with my apartment. However, the few times I have, and most recently within the last week, the team has once again provided me with quick, professional, and friendly service to make those repairs. I am grateful to that team (Dominique, Trinity, Jason, Will and Samantha) for their concern and patience! Thank you all!! :-)

Our AC was not working for a few days, and while the weather initially was not that hot we were not bothered by it not working….Then we had a heat wave …… Samantha came by and did an amazing job not only of taking care of the unit but also explained a few steps , very important steps to ensure that the unit works perfectly. Thank you Samantha for giving us back our AC it is so much cooler now Samantha also de logged out bathroom sink and bath tub It is just so nice to have working drains that drain well when showering
