I had an exceptional experience working with Joey during the leasing process for our new townhome. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough in addressing all of our questions. He made the entire transition seamless, and we are very much looking forward to our move in date. I highly recommend Joey to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional.
Community is peaceful, but the management is terrible about communication. Maintenance is ok but could use some improvement. The part that does set this place apart is how peaceful the community is.
My wife and I recently moved here from out of state and we have had an amazing experience. Our unit was spotless and much larger than we anticipated. The people in the front office are very kind and helpful with any questions we have had. They also hold events in the office that are awesome for meeting other residents. Overall our experience has been wonderful and we recommend sanctuary at Indian creek to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, dog friendly community.
My husband and I moved here sight unseen from the other side of the country and Joey was super helpful throughout the whole process. On move-in day, everything went smoothly and the unit was ready for us. The unit is way more spacious and beautiful than the online tour even showed. This apartment has the best appliances and materials used and truly feels like a luxury apartment. We love having our own little yard/ doggy door, and the large dog park is perfect for our pup.
