I’ve had such a great experience here! The leasing team goes above and beyond—they’re always kind, quick to respond, and made everything feel effortless. When I walked into the cottage I was blown away by how clean, bright, and spacious it was. You can tell they really take pride in keeping the property well-maintained. Truly a wonderful place to call home!
I gave one star because of the manager. She is an older Caucasian lady with blonde hair, and she has the WORST customer service ever. I give 5 stars to the two maintenance men! They are truly the best! Always came quickly. I also give 5 stars to Samantha the previous manager she was extremely helpful and provided GREAT customer service. Also, 5 stars for Alaina because she also provided great customer service and was very helpful. The manager needs to take some tips from her on how to provide great customer service.
Recently moved in from out of state, Alaina has been amazing throughout the whole process with getting us moved in very quickly, She answered all and any questions we have had and has always responded quickly. We appreciate her making our move in so easy! The property is just as we saw in the photos with a very large area of green space for our pups.
I’ve lived here for four months now and the entire experience has been great! The front office staff is super kind, great amenities for all ages, and the units are super cute and cozy! If you’re looking for your next home, I would highly recommend booking a tour here!
