Mediocre new suburban development
It’s sad to see lifeless, gray, factory homes crammed into the country. I have to drive by here and find it quite depressing.
I bought a new construction home from them in March 2022. Terrible experience. I have had issues with the home. Emails have not been answered for about a month so far. Electrical issues have occured. There is tile popping up around kitchen area like a balloon.Tuckpointing needs to be done. My emails ignored. They are required to fix according to warranty. Before they were going to place sod, they did not bother to remove numerous nails, wood pieces, plastic bottles and other debris. I had to clean the area before the sod was... read more
Being a first time home buyer with the market how it is right now should have been challenging but D.R. Horton made the process simple and easy for us. Emily helped make us comfortable with the process and updated us on the progress of our house during the build. Ryan & Eddie did a great job at making sure everything was done on time and correctly before we closed. I would recommend D.R. Horton at Ponds of Bull Valley to everyone that is looking at building a house in Woodstock, IL.
