I found a dump trailer on the Sancrest web site. Reserved it online. Gus Parrish reached out first thing Monday morning and held the trailer until I was able to arrive. Once I arrived he we went out and went over the trailer. I made the decision to purchase it. Gus started the process and helped me get it connected to my truck and made sure all the lights were working and made sure everything was road worthy. GREAT experience with Sancrest and Gus. If you’re looking for a trailer I would highly recommend Chase Thomas at the Diamond store, for an honest, no bs experience. It was a true pleasure doing business with him!
Called ahead to see if a trailer I was interested in buying was still available because I lived 2 1/2 hours away. Chase held the trailer for me and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. Helped hook the trailer up for me to take home. Overall a very professional and enjoyable experience.
Tyler was helpful throughout the whole process, even stayed late to help us secure a good deal on our dump trailer. Will recommend and will be back again for sure!!
