Bought a new diamond c HDT heavy duty tilt bed trailer. Love it. Got one of those pesky recall notices from diamond c and contacted the Billings Sandcrest which handles all service, repairs and such. Spoke with Steve by phone and he was very happy to help. He said to bring it out and he'd take care if it while I waited..... nice! Saved me a trip and I could get back to work quickly. Refreshing and much appreciated. I'll be back to get service in Billings in the future :)
