I got ghosted by the provider. Waited for over an hour without notice. It was my first time with the provider and I am never returning.
Not worth it, you have to schedule like 1.5 months in advance and then get charged for not going. And he doesn’t seem like he really wants to help just get people in and out. I’ve asked for several things such as an std screening and he said it’s unnecessary and didn’t go through with it. Just not worth it find someone else.
Submitted all my information, arrived 10 mins before the time they indicated (15 mins before the appointment), talked to the receptionist, only to find out that the doctor is running 30 mins late if not longer, and have been offered to reschedule. Asked to check, and they said they won’t since the doctor is with a patient. And it’s pouring outside :/ Hard to recommend this place based on my experience.
