I took my mom’s friend to Dr Sanchez for the first time. I read the reviews but I still chose him because he spoke Spanish to mom’s friend. I got to know the office staff while calling in for an earlier appointment. Finally got an early appointment due to a cancellation. The day of our appointment the doctor was an hour late because he had to see patients at the hospital which I understood. Once in his office he did the several test on my mom’s friend. He was very thorough, kind and professional.
I just called to schedule a new patient appointment for both my mom and myself, and unfortunately, my experience with customer service was not pleasant. I was polite and simply looking for guidance, especially since I wasn’t completely sure about the type of insurance I have because is private plan. I tried to provide my ID and information so they could verify it and help me move forward, but the representative seemed unwilling to assist and had a dismissive attitude throughout the call.
