Mr. Sanchez and his team did a great job replacing our vanity/sink in our bathroom. Very pleased with the work and he is a very nice guy! We will be using him for future jobs for sure!

The work was terrible. He was to paint the wall but left me with this mess to wash off. The framing is not lined up correctly. I had him replace a light switch and when I bought the wrong one he left me with a half installed old switch. I would never hire him again. He does not know what he is doing.
This man is the worse person we have ever hired. I don’t know What kind of man can take advantage of a single woman like he did. Almost everything he was paid to do had to be redone. Biggest waste of $3000! He puts caulking in where rotted wood is instead of replacing boards and does not sand of make anything look the way it’s supposed to.
