Mr. Sanchez and his team did a great job replacing our vanity/sink in our bathroom. Very pleased with the work and he is a very nice guy! We will be using him for future jobs for sure!

The work was terrible. He was to paint the wall but left me with this mess to wash off. The framing is not lined up correctly. I had him replace a light switch and when I bought the wrong one he left me with a half installed old switch. I would never hire him again. He does not know what he is doing.

This man is the worse person we have ever hired. I don’t know What kind of man can take advantage of a single woman like he did. Almost everything he was paid to do had to be redone. Biggest waste of $3000! He puts caulking in where rotted wood is instead of replacing boards and does not sand of make anything look the way it’s supposed to. . Responded pretty quick . Work was terrible. Halfway did every project except two . I asked for a detailed estimate several times but never recieved one . Was very expensive as well . I didnt come close to getting my monies worth and the work was not quality. Have spoken with him 4 days ago and he has not come back to fix or finish the jobs. I'm left with unfinished windows , 90 % of what he was supposed to do I am having to finishing myself . Chalked over rotted wood instead of removing it and making the proper repairs . T... read more
