I later found out they hired unlicensed subcontractors to do most of the work. Not only was the quality bad, but it also left me liable for inspection issues. Very dishonest and unprofessional.
I paid a hefty deposit upfront, and after that, communication stopped. The contractor kept delaying the start date and eventually stopped responding altogether. I feel scammed — be very cautious before hiring.
The work was rushed and clearly done without care. Crooked tiles, uneven walls, and exposed nails everywhere. When I contacted them for corrections, they completely ignored me. Terrible experience from start to finish.
A friend referred me to Sanchez and I am 100% satisfied. This was the easiest process, friendly, professional and accommodating - highly recommend!
Jesus was very professional, and always kept keeping up to date with their progress. Their prices are also very competitive.
