Two Year Review - 4.5 I have lived here almost two years now but will be needing to move south because of work. I have assembled a pros and cons list: Pros: -Excellent communication between leasing office/staff and tenants. They will send you emails and post flyers about any upcoming maintenance or events. -The unit I have is very nicely renovated and plenty of natural light. All appliances are new and work. I made a mistake moving here. ugh. I hate writing negative reviews, but I really dont like living here. Here has been the rough parts, in convenient list form: 1) The walk around showed me a nicer unit, with hardwood floors and nice smell. I was told that my rate would be $300/month higher if I didn't sign a lease THAT afternoon. The hard sell worked for me, as the price was fair before the possible increase. 2) My one bedroom was not at all like what I saw, but since I signed a lease, I had NO CHOICE. - Smoked out. Clever apartment names, not clever apartments While nice on first inspection, the apartment is a fail after move-in. The kitchen is very small, the living room is tiny but the bedrooms are a descent size with adequate closets. I had very little time to find an apartment when I moved - wish I had more time, I would have selected another location.
