My MIL was charged nine times for an order. When she called to address the multiple charges, the owner was incredibly rude and gaslit her, denying that it happened without looking into it.
I came in and ordered a California burger on 6/28/26. The burger itself wasn’t inherently bad, but the description of the burger stated that there would be lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on it. I got a plain cheeseburger unfortunately. For $17.00 and some change, you would expect to actually receive what was ordered.
