Both IOP and individual therapy made positive change possible and afforded me a chance to live a better life.
My IOP experience was not good I was under the impression that I could get my medication refilled while in the program but I could not. They apologized that they currently did not have anyone on staff for medication management, and gave me a list of providers. I was quite upset when I found out that their list was very out-of-date.
