We originally contracted this company to clean our air vents in early October, however, they didn't show up for the appointment they'd agreed to -without notice. We called to find out why and they claimed their truck was broken. On the second missed date, we called and they claimed their workers had coronavirus. On the third date, they were scheduled to arrive between 11 am and 1 pm, so we called that morning to confirm the appointment.
