I wish there was a NO-STAR option! I have NEVER in my life delt with such rude and unprofessional people! The Riverdale office is clueless as to the status of my case. And the “main” office in Silver Spring ALL secretaries that I spoke to today were very unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and rude. One secretary by the name of Jacqueline hung up on me twice because I insisted on information or status of my case that has been dragging over 5 months now.
