I'm leaving this review because I haven't been able to get a clear answer through normal channels. I called the office and couldn't get a solid response, and the MyChart portal for Edward Elmhurst only lets me view appointment details, not send a message. My mom has an appointment coming up with Dr. Sana Syed on 8/20/26, and I'm simply trying to find out whether we'll need to fill out paperwork by hand when we arrive, or if that can be handled ahead of time. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and took the time to really listen and understand what I was experiencing.
