Total waste of time. I got a referral to the geneticist from my orthopedic surgeon anyway. If you love being told by your specialists that because your results are normal and don't need any further testing to rule out other causes of your suffering from her, and if you enjoy being denied a referral because your specialist finds her knowledge of your condition better than you ever possibly could, give Dr. Makhdumi a visit. I went to see this doctor years ago and she was dismissive and condescending. Only ran one blood test. Did not try to find solutions or cause for pain . Had to see a different Rhematologist and it was night and day in comparison.

I love Dr. Makhdumi and her staff! She takes care of me and my issues while giving me plenty of time and attention.
Dr. Makhdumi is a wonderful physician with a kind and caring demeanor. I was very thankful to find her as she helped me navigate my way through a stressful health journey. I recommend her!
