I really loved the staff at this office and always received excellent care. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. My only concern was the billing. After nearly every appointment, I received an additional bill for around $30. Before my cleaning, I was told that my insurance would cover it completely, but afterward I was informed that insurance had paid less than expected and that I owed another $30. I recently had an outstanding experience at Sana Dental Studio in Wesley Chapel and wanted to share. From check-in through X-rays and a thorough cleaning, the entire team was professional, warm, and clearly skilled at what they do. Dr. Yusuf took the time to carefully examine some older sealants, and when decay was discovered underneath, walked me through exactly what was found and why treatment was needed before moving forward with a few fillings. Dr.Yusua and her beautiful team! she has have helped me out tremendously.
