I went to Sana in April of 2025. It has taken me months to come to terms with the trauma I experienced and what Max (the clinical supervisor) inflicted. While I was a resident, I was sent into my first anaphylactic shock episode due to a dollar-store carpet cleaner that a member of staff used in the elevator. My experience at Sana was wonderful. I have been to one other facility when i was younger and the difference between that and Sana is night and day. The staff is amazing and the problem allows the freedom to really work on yourself while not feeling like a jail. Aside from my alcohol and drug usage, i really learned about myself and past trauma that has lead to my disease. I highly recommend coming to Sana if you need help with your addiction.
EDIT: Called the number that was provided in your response, which gave me a directory. Left a message with HR? None of the options seemed to be an appropriate one.
