Had me waiting 3 hours in the room after checking in. Billed me through my old insurance instead of new one that I provided them with. (No clue on how they got my old insurance.) Also billed my old insurance for the medication making it more difficult for me to get. They prescribed me with a yeast infection cream when I clearly came in for a UTI infection. The level of care from the professionals here is absolute. From the moment I arrived to when I was seen out. The warmth and reassurance were exactly what I needed to feel better in an urgent healthcare situation. Thank y'all so much truly appreciated

Do not recommend, you'd be better off going to the ER. They lag for everything.
Terrible general phone line and apart from that they didn't explain that if I need to see a doctor the next steps and worse of all I called health imaging in Chula vista which was recommended for my ultrasound and they failed to give me the number of the surgeon that I need for my surgery even though I called them they sent me right back to the general line of San Isidro terrible phone support. Now I have to make a drive to san Isidro health because they can't inform correctly.
