The staff’s customer service is overall good, but they are sooooo slow every time I go to pick up my medications. It takes a long time, even when I use the online refill service and schedule a specific date and time for pickup. I’ve tried it several times, and I still end up waiting around 30 minutes because my prescriptions aren’t ready. It honestly makes no sense to offer a scheduled pickup option if the medication isn’t going to be ready by the selected time. The service definitely needs to be more efficient.
