This clinic is NOT good at all and I base my review on the lousy services we’ve received. Dr. Rachel Van Hollebeke and Dr. Estefania Larrosa are NOT professional nor they know how to address the patients’ health concerns. Instead, they rush us every time we’ve an appointment and they don’t have the necessary expertise to connect with us to find the right treatment or solution. This is a very great health facility. They have always treated me very well. It’s clean and there’s parking and the doctors are very knowledgeable.
Everyone I've come across has been helpful. That's why I'm even looking at the site right now. I'll be making a follow up appointment when/ If I need one.
See UPDATE below. Have had mixed, mostly positive experiences over many visits. I recently changed doctors because I felt I wasn't being listened to. My new doctor is great! I couldn't be happier with the staff and the care I'm receiving. UPDATE:7/30/24 I changed my review of San Ysidro Health Care in Alpine, from 4 to 5 stars. I went in for a couple appointment and had a handful of experience with different people and was pleasantly surprised with the overall atmosphere in this space. I talked to one of the nurses and she mentioned really liking working there herself. I appreciate where a business takes care of their employees which in then allows them capacity to take care of their clients. Thank you for that overall care. It is see and very much appreciated.
