Don’t buy that brand product. I had bought a range hood from that brand a few months ago. But the hood light was no light. They said that light is not warranty included. Have to buy new one is $35, do you know any hood light cost that price. I will never buy that brand product.

I had my first range hood from Sanyang Pai 18 years. No issue whatsoever. Bought a second one As the old one was getting too dirty and difficult to clean. customer services is top notch. Mr Mark is quick to answer any questions and request for service. Will buy another one for my daughter’s house. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great service. Older Taiwanese guy is super helpful, genuine and nice. He went through all their different products and explained the differences. He even helped bring the item into our car.

So, we’ve read the reviews about this place but we were fairly desperate to find a place that actually had range hoods that you could actually see and test. All the reviews were about “the other sales lady” and to our benefit she wasn’t there, so my recommendation is to go on Sunday when Max is available. Max is an awesome guy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs. We were sold on his honesty and went with his recommendation on a midrange hood. Never met such a collective group of brainless and useless staff. They get upset if you have logical questions for there bad servicing. Avoid this place at all cost!
