Great service. Older Taiwanese guy is super helpful, genuine and nice. He went through all their different products and explained the differences. He even helped bring the item into our car.

So, we’ve read the reviews about this place but we were fairly desperate to find a place that actually had range hoods that you could actually see and test. All the reviews were about “the other sales lady” and to our benefit she wasn’t there, so my recommendation is to go on Sunday when Max is available. Max is an awesome guy. Never met such a collective group of brainless and useless staff. They get upset if you have logical questions for there bad servicing. Avoid this place at all cost!

We were in store shopping for a new vent. The sale lady, Lisa, recommended an opened box at much discounted price. It was marked as final sale and no exchange. While we were checking for the condition, another sale lady, Grace , came and yelled at us saying we should stop comparing. My partner said to her giving us time for checking. Rude Asian lady sales assistant, not professional at all. Never give appropriate suggestions and lazy to answer your questions. She doesn't want to do business at all. Not recommended to come to this store.
