Much shame and dishonor will fall upon the park's new owners if you evict the current resident subletters. There will be karma. Where is their compassion and sympathy—and humanity? Why not address the concerns in a reasonable manner instead of appearing to be greedy robber-barons of the lowest order? The days of people putting up with such egregious lack of caring for fellow humans are coming to an end.
